2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Running multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is broken, all related accounts may be closed and any bonuses collected will be considered void.

2.3 Identity Verification

rajek 24 may at any time request a copy of your national ID card or other government-issued document for identity verification. 2.4 Account Security

It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account or sharing login details with a third party is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised use, notify the support team immediately.

Age Limit and Eligibility

All services on rajek 24 are strictly for individuals aged 21 and above. Registration or use of the service by anyone under age is completely prohibited and goes against the platform's core policy.

Providing false information about your age at registration will result in the immediate closure of that account, and any deposited funds and bonuses may be forfeited. rajek 24 is committed to protecting minors.

Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposits

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. Withdrawals can be made using the same methods (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket). Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

Account verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be made. If any active bonus has an unmet wagering requirement, the withdrawal may be held back.

4.3 Source of Funds

By depositing, you confirm that your funds come from a lawful source and are not connected to any illegal activity. rajek 24 may request additional information in the case of suspicious transactions.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The rajek 24 welcome bonus is a 120% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,200 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to every bonus. For the welcome bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. This means if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000. No withdrawal from the bonus can be made before this requirement is met.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may only be used in the account of the member it was issued to — it cannot be transferred.
• If a bonus is active, you must read the terms and conditions before adding a new one.
• Any attempt to collect bonuses by exploiting system or rule loopholes may result in account closure.
• rajek 24 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.

5.4 Bonus Cancellation Circumstances

If evidence of multiple accounts, false information, or involvement in prohibited activities is found, rajek 24 may cancel any bonus at any time, and related winnings may also be forfeited.

VIP Program and Cashback

The rajek 24 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier has a different weekly cashback rate:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback on net weekly losses
• Silver — up to 0.6% cashback on net weekly losses
• Gold — up to 0.9% cashback on net weekly losses
• Platinum — up to 1.2% cashback on net weekly losses

Example: if a Gold member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback. Cashback is paid on a weekly basis and depends on net losses (total losses minus total winnings).

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on regular and active participation on the platform. rajek 24 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

Gaming Code of Conduct

All players on the rajek 24 platform must participate fairly and honestly. Using any software, automated tools, bots, or third-party programs to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.

When communicating with other players, you must refrain from using abusive, threatening, or offensive language. Respectful behaviour toward the support team is expected at all times.

In the event of a technical fault or unusual circumstances in a live game or sports bet, rajek 24 reserves the right to void the result of any wager. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rajek 24:

1. Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits or carrying out fraudulent activities.
2. Using hacking, cracking, or any other technical method to influence game outcomes.
3. Making deposits using stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
4. Misusing the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
5. Attempting to obtain or use another user's account information.
6. Taking any action that disrupts the normal operation of the platform.

If evidence of involvement in any of the above prohibited activities is found, the account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by rajek 24

In cases of breach of Terms, suspicious activity, or failure to complete verification, rajek 24 may suspend or close any account without prior notice.

9.2 Closure by the User

Any user may close their own account if they wish. To do so, they must contact the support team. Before the account is closed, any deposited funds may be withdrawn subject to valid withdrawal conditions being met.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

If you are experiencing problems with gambling, you may use the self-exclusion feature. This allows you to block access to your account for a set period of time.

Limitation of Liability

rajek 24 provides its services on an "as is" basis. rajek 24 will not be liable for any losses arising from technical faults, internet connectivity issues, or failures of third-party services.

Game outcomes are determined by a random number generator (RNG) and cannot be predicted. The risk of losing money wagered in games rests entirely with the user.

rajek 24 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of a user's password or login details, unless it is proven that the loss was a direct result of rajek 24's own negligence.

Changes and Amendments

rajek 24 may at any time change, add to, or remove any part of these Terms. For significant changes, an attempt will be made to inform users by email or platform notification, but this is not an obligation on the part of rajek 24.
